A blend of three varieties from our Rowland Flat vineyard. Predominately from vines planted in 2005 with the Shiraz portion from vines planted in 1995. All vines are on sandy soils and single wire trellis.
A crisp dry wine style, best consumed when young, pair with spicy foods to refresh the palate.

Colour: Pale rose gold.
Nose: Lifted roses and hibiscus with lemon notes.
Palate: Lively zesty lemony palate accompanied by cranberries and crunchy pink lady apples. It’s refreshing crispness makes it drinkable and slurpable.
Making: Picked early with moderate sweetness levels to ensure bright fresh flavours. Skin contact to impart phenolic texture and colour is part of this dry style of wine, which adds a savoury element.

Lou Miranda Estate is a family owned boutique winery, producing premium wines from our Estate owned Barossa Valley vineyards. The beautiful winery is also home to vines dating back to 1897, we are privileged to be custodians of four centenarian old vine blocks in Southern Barossa Valley. Our dedication to vineyard management is carried through from barrel to bottle. We believe are wines are best enjoyed over a delicious meal, sharing amongst family and friends.
