Anderson Hill Art Series Pinot Noir Rose

Strawberry and guava aromas give this wine a welcoming personality. Made with grapes grown in a warm year, the wine is like a summer punch full of juicy red grapefruit and raspberry characters with a hint of mint to add freshness.

RS: 2.0 g/L
pH: 3.27
TA: 5.5 g/L

Food Pairing Suggestion:Light seasoned seafood such as garlic prawns and chargrilled squid. Greek and Mexican food with green herbs, avocados, and soft goat cheeses.

Toni Paterson MW– “Pale salmon-pink colour. A mild and reserved aroma. Bright, lemony flavours on the palate. Soft, dry, citrusy and delicious.”

Campbell Mattinson- “Crushed fennel, cranberry and raspberry flavours have this essentially mining a fruit-driven zone though there’s just enough spice to lend it a savouriness. The thing is that it’s pale, dry and refreshing and has enough carry through the finish to make you want more.”

Description

Anderson Hill is a James Halliday Five Star Australian family-run winery based in Lenswood, a subregion in Adelaide Hills, South Australia.

We are passionate about sharing our love for the region, the land, and the sustainable lifestyle we have here.

Ben Anderson hand planted the vines in 1994. Since then, he and his wife Clare have worked together to build Anderson Hill – from managing our vineyard, which is one of the highest vineyards in South Australia, to making the graceful wines, designing the artistic labels, and running our popular cellar and restaurant right next to the vineyard. We do all this with one goal in our mind: to make the wines we can proudly share with our friends and families.
