Furche 2014 Langhorne Creek Cabernet Shiraz

The 2014 vintage in Langhorne Creek is excellent. The daytime cool temperature gives the grapes a long time to veraison and ripe steadily. That’s why this wine has outstanding color, balanced body, and high intensive flavor.

Deep ruby color with the cassis and black currant aroma. Full bodied wine is accompanied by a rich black fruit flavor. Combination of the French and American oak maturation give the wine spice aroma and complex structure. The smooth taste comes from the soft acidity and delicate tannins. Perfectly matched with the roast lamb or beef and red sauce pasta. This wine can be drunk now and it has a potential for the aging with careful cellaring.
