2017 Amadio Black Lable Shiraz

This Shiraz displays classic notes of plum jam, liquorice and

rhubarb with subtle hints of vanilla on the nose. This works

in harmony with layers of dark forest fruits and influence

of mocha and spice on the palate that is derived from 16

months maturation in French oak. This embraces a finely

structured palate and good balance of acid which combine

with firm tannins that result in its rich full body structure.

This intense alluring palate makes for a fantastic lingering

finish.

his parents success in the 90’s, whose label rose to be acclaimed ‘most awarded boutique label

in Australia’, Danniel is now continuing the family legacy. The Amadio family pride themselves

on their Italian heritage, which has aided them in sourcing the best quality food from around
