before being gently

basket pressed.

Fermented cool with an

aromatic yeast.

Matured sur lie in neutral

French barriques for 6

months to build texture and

creaminess.

A fresh, bright style with

layers of strawberries,

turkish delight and toffee.

Rounded out with lovely

crisp acidity and a dry finish
