This modern Australian Dry gin has a delicate citrus sharpness which it obtains from desert lime, it has spicy base notes from native pepperberry and a unique peachy sweetness from the infused quandong.

We have bottled this gin with a higher alcohol content for those who prefer their spirits with a bit more stick.
