Immigrating from Taiwan in 2007, the Liu brothers built Ubertas from scratch, creating a winery that embraced the best of the Barossa with hand-harvested 100-year-old vines and sustainable farming techniques. 

We cater for local and international wine drinkers alike – exporting to Eastern Asia so that everyone can experience the flavours of organic wine produced in a small Australian community.
